About the role
The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing comprehensivesupport to customers. As a key member of the Technical Sales Engineering team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers andsuppliers, addressing any technical concerns and providing expert consultation and guidance both online and onsite. This ensures all requirements are met and services are effectively delivered.
 
The position is based in our Bangkok office, Thailand.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure sales and engineering support.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure technical compliance and provision of advanced technical solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements to promote the sale of company products, services.
  • Provide strong aftersales support including warranty claim process, onsite training, commissioning and troubleshoot.
  • Provide to support team member for pre-sales activities such as Design system, calculation or provide technicalpresentation for Sales team.
  • Keep updating about industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy,existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
  • Discuss with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements with thesupport of our in-house engineers and support team.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Experience of at least 2-3 years in the Design, Project Implementation, or Commissioning for Commercial and Industrial Solar PV System would be an advantage.
  • Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting PV inverters is highly preferred.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PV Syst, Open Solar, or Helioscope would be an advantage.
  • Able to act autonomously on own initiative, and work responsibly as a technical lead.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and customer centric.
  • Pleasant personality, driven individual with a great work ethic
  • Willing to Travel Locally and Internationally from time to time.
