About the role
The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for order management and overseeing sales orders, including truck booking, planning, and documentation. This role works closely with the warehouse team and manages inventory control within the ERP system.
 
The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

What You Will Do

  • Handle order management and monitor sales orders, including truck booking, delivery planning, and document preparation.
  • Perform warehousing activities and ensure accurate inventory recording and control in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to support timely material receiving and order fulfillment.
  • Evaluate and optimize costs related to transportation and warehousing.
  • Prepare transportation claim reports and support the resolution process.
  • Monitor logistics payment schedules and verify logistics invoices for accuracy.
  • Manage departmental documentation, reporting, and filing systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the work unit.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Management, or in a similar role (experience in the solar or distribution business is an advantage).
  • Strong planning skills with sound knowledge of supply chain processes, import/export regulations, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • Experience with commercial contracts is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, a positive mindset, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage assigned departmental tasks.
  • Experience working across multiple functions and countries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
