About the role:
You are responsible for facilitating the Scrum processes within global cross-entity teams. These teams focus on developing and maintaining ERP Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management Systems and creating global reports using the data warehouse.

  • Lead and support Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and time-boxed
  • Encourage self-organization and foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the development team
  • Identify and eliminate impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, enabling continuous delivery of value
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure the Product Backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and transparent
  • Promote adherence to Scrum principles and Agile methodologies, guiding the team in their continuous improvement journey
  • Create a safe, open, and productive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect
  • Ensure accurate time booking across team members to support cross-charging and project transparency

Who we are looking forward to

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • You are a certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) and bring a solid understanding of Agile frameworks
  • You have several years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile role, ideally in a cross-functional team environment
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and best practices, and know how to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios
  • You are an excellent communicator and facilitator, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and guiding teams through change
  • You have a talent for resolving conflicts constructively and inspiring teams to perform at their best
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
