We’re looking for a motivated intern or working student to support the administration and coordination of our digital infrastructure — including our CMS, analytics tooling, and other essential systems that keep our global digital business running smoothly. The position is based in Tübingen and available immediately.
In this role, you will help ensure that end‑users around the world receive the support they need. As an intern or working student you’ll gain hands‑on experience with enterprise digital tools, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and be mentored in IT, support, and product best practices.
And this is how you protect the world we live in
- Handle and resolve support requests from our global end‑users
- Administer key digital systems such as our CMS and Google analytics suite
- Create, process and solve tickets in our work management tool (JIRA)
- Investigate issues across our digital tooling landscape and support their resolution
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to ensure user problems are properly addressed and solved
Who we are looking forward to
- You are enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Communication, UX, Media, Information Technology)
- You are looking for a working student position (20 hours/week) next to your studies or have to fulfill a (mandatory) internship (40 hours/week) which takes at least 6 months as a required part of your studies
- You speak German and English fluently
- You are organized, proactive, responsible, and empathetic toward users and their challenges
- You have experience with CMS platforms (e.g., TYPO3, WordPress) or are eager to learn
- You have worked with JIRA or similar tools — or you’re motivated to get up to speed quickly
