About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Planning and Controlling Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.

And this is how you protect the world we live in

Support the quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process across entities and for the holding
Monitor monthly actuals vs. budget/forecast and prepare variance analysis with commentary
Work closely with other departments to gather relevant financial information and insights
Collection and Validation of local accounting data and carrying out their global analysis
Provide other analysis or reports as needed to support various efficiency and improvement projects and Senior Management

Who we are looking forward to

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or controlling (internships count)
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is a plus
Basic understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills in written and Spoken English. German is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge and experience of German Accounting would be a plus point
