Join Us in Shaping a Strategic Digital Initiative

We’re building something big—and we’re looking for a student assistant who’s excited to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation project. Your work will help ensure that users—internal and external—can onboard smoothly and confidently.

As our student worker you’ll support the documentation and onboarding experience for a major internal platform. This includes designing and maintaining a user-facing onboarding website using our CMS, creating and structuring internal documentation in Confluence.

And this is how you protect the world we live in

Think from the user’s perspective to anticipate questions and reduce friction during onboarding
Write and maintain clear, user-focused documentation in English
Design and populate a content-rich onboarding website using Storyblok CMS
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate technical concepts into accessible content
Support the organization of internal documentation in Confluence

Who we are looking forward to

You’re enrolled in a relevant field (Communication, UX, Media, Technical Writing)
You write and speak in excellent English; German is a plus
You’re empathetic and user-focused—you can put yourself in someone else’s shoes
You’re familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok, WordPress); no coding required, but technical curiosity is welcome—or are eager to learn
You’ve worked with Confluence or similar tools—or are eager to learn
You’re reliable, proactive, and detail oriented
