As the Indirect Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost efficiency, value creation, and standardization across our European operations. You will lead sourcing initiatives in high-impact categories—particularly logistics and warehousing—while also influencing the direction of smaller but collectively significant categories. In parallel, you will play a pivotal role in redesigning and streamlining the P2P process across the group.

And this is how you protect the world we live in

  • Develop and lead category strategies for indirect spend, with a focus on logistics, warehousing, and other support services
  • Develop spend analysis and category strategies (local, regional, global) for various indirect commodity groups such as logistics, transportation, warehousing, equipment, packaging and others
  • Evaluate and decide on central vs. local sourcing approaches based on category characteristics and local market dynamics
  • Redefine and optimize the procure-to-pay (P2P) process in collaboration with Finance and IT teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across countries to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance tracking for central iniatives
  • Leverage data and KPIs to measure procurement effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Who we are looking forward to

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, with a strong focus on logistics and warehousing categories
  • Demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies and delivering cost savings in complex, multinational environments
  • Experience in P2P process improvement or transformation is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with procurement systems and data analytics
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Availability to travel as requiered
