- Lead and execute demand planning and inventory management activities within the Global S&OP organization
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts using analytical models and data insight
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment during S&OP cycles
- Provide demand signals and inputs to supply planning for procurement and supply decisions
- Monitor and report changes in sales forecasts, supply situation, and market developments impacting demand
- Identify risks and opportunities and support the leadership team with mitigation strategies
- Improve forecast accuracy and planning processes through data-driven initiatives
- Manage inventory targets, balancing service level, cost, and obsolescence risks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance S&OP maturity and efficiency
Who we are looking forward to
- A University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, analytics, or similar roles in an international and complex organiozations
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to work with complex data structures
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting techniques, and S&OP processes
- Ability to define and track KPIs for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in distribution or PV/solar industry is nice to have
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and regions
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP and planning systems are preferred
- Power BI or similar visualization tools are beneficial
- Knowledge of supply chain planning tools is preferred
