Within our business entity, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of existing as well as for the creation of new global reports in the areas of e.g. sales, purchasing, e-commerce and financials. -
You identify, collect, and translate business requirements into user centric reports in a structured way -
You will transform complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable insights through compelling visualizations and narratives -
You analyze data and KPIs and present findings to senior analysts and management -
You transfer your enthusiasm for Business Intelligence Tools e.g. PowerBI to our employees and introduce them to these tools, create tutorials and conduct trainings. -
You will work closely with the Data Engineering team and take over minor tasks if necessary -
You ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by performing regular data validation checks and implementing quality assurance processes. Identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies to maintain high data integrity - You conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify key trends and patterns in the data and create visualizations to illustrate your findings and provide actionable insights
Who we are looking forward to

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, computer science, or economics with focus on data analytics or a comparable education -
1-2 years of professional experience in data analysis, bussines intelligence or a related field -
You have a high technical and digital affinity, you are experienced with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, have basic experience in SQL and programming languages like Python/R -
You have a strong analytical understanding and a high affinity for business contexts and figures -
You are a self-starter, keen on diving into data sets, with a dive deep mentality and the ability to work in an uncharted environment - You have experience in Microsoft Power platform (e.g. building Power Apps)

Strong hands-on-mentality and proven problem-solving skills characterize you. You drive tasks to successful completion in a fast-paced global environment -
Integrity, a quick comprehension, and very good communication skills characterize you -
You are able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with your data story telling capabilities -
You are a team player -
You are fluent in English. German is a plus
