About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager – Channel Sales will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective channel marketing strategies. This role supports channel partners in increasing their market share and develops competitive, aggressive partner programs aligned with current market conditions.
 
The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

What You Will Do

  • Lead team planning, target setting, and sales strategy development for Channel Partners in Thailand.
  • Identify and develop new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Provide marketing feedback and support marketing activities to promote the brand and products, aiming to increase market sales.
  • Manage and grow sales revenue and market share through various distribution channels.
  • Increase market share by expanding sales accounts and developing client relationships across Thailand.
  • Continuously improve sales revenue in Thailand through channel partners and encourage effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Stay informed about industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, and regularly report to the regional office.
  • Coordinate with other sales channels to prevent potential conflicts.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as support and management teams, to meet customer and partner expectations.
  • Manage sales-in and sales-out activities with partners to maintain healthy stock levels.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or renewable energy sectors.
  • Experience in B2B distribution is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of and market knowledge about the Thailand solar market.
  • Strong market acumen and a solid network within the Thailand solar industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite software is preferred).
  • Customer-centric, motivated to sell, and contribute to overall company sales performance.
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
  • Digitalization knowledge is a plus.
