About the role:
And this is how you protect the world we live in
- You oversee the entire lifecycle of SaaS applications, ensuring that new tools are smoothly onboarded, properly configured, and successfully integrated into the existing system landscape
- You support system integration efforts by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and gaining a thorough understanding of data flows and system dependencies
- You manage system administration tasks, including user access control, system configuration, customization, and capacity planning, while ensuring compliance with security standards
- You act as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues, providing initial troubleshooting and managing support requests efficiently
- You coordinate the resolution of incidents, document them accurately, and contribute to the continuous improvement of incident and problem management processes
- You provide training and create documentation for both users and administrators. For more complex topics, you delegate to the respective SaaS providers
- You manage relationships with vendors, oversee contracts and renewals, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), track associated costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings
- You define, implement, and maintain simple yet robust processes for effective application management, tailored to the needs of the organization
Who we are looking forward to
- You have a solid understanding of SaaS architectures, particularly multi-tenant environments and various cloud service models (such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
- You are experienced in working with Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Data Factory, Azure Fabric, Azure Functions, and API Management
- You are familiar with API technologies and integration methods, including both SOAP and RESTful APIs, and you understand common authentication protocols such as OAuth and API key-based access
- You possess strong data management skills, including the ability to store, query, and filter data using SQL and other relevant tools or technologies
